Strategic Planning Lead - Jolly Nanda

Jolly Nanda is the CEO of VIKRITI Management Consulting and Altheia Predictive Health.

Jolly has work in various technology, product and business operations in the healthcare space for over 16 years. She focuses on Strategic Planning and Change Management.

Prior to her work in the Healthcare sector, she worked in the technology sector with the Manufacturing and Retail verticals.

Jolly has a passion for driving efficiencies and is excited  She is excited to push the envelope of healthcare data solutions to reduce costs and improve outcomes for member populations.

Sponsorship Team Member - Melodie Neff

Melodie began her career in talent acquisition and vendor management 16 years ago after graduation from Hamline University with a B.A. in Political Science and going to work for Minneapolis based Target Corporation. She has spent 16 years providing innovative solutions to Fortune 500 medical, aerospace, retail, technology, and financial services companies and has a 360° viewpoint from being the client, agency, and consultant. Her passion to make a difference by propelling companies to the next level through creating win-win outcomes has aided in her success of mentoring teams and ensuring fulfillment is reached and exceeded. 

Melodie has always been drawn to helping others and making a positive impact on people’s lives. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota Chapter. In addition, she joined HIMSS Minnesota as a committee planning member for Programs and Events and Sponsorship in 2019. When she finds time to relax she enjoys traveling the world, attending concerts and live music events, watersports, skydiving, scuba diving, spending time with her English Bulldogs Zorra and Leo, and attending a variety of alternative workout classes.
