HIMSS has negotiated a discounted room rate at $259.00 plus tax (currently 14.25%) for the forum dates (nights of Wednesday, October 30 & Thursday, October 31, 2024).
Please note that rates and availability are subject to change at the hotel’s prevailing rates after Tuesday, October 8, 2024.

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out requests will be based on hotel availability.
Method of Room Guarantee
The hotel requires a major credit card to guarantee your room reservation. Your card will not be charged until you check out. Room cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid being charged the first night's room rate and applicable taxes.
