Hotel Room Reservation
HIMSS has negotiated a discounted room rate at $319.00 plus a $30 resort fee plus applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-out for the event dates.
Please note that rates and availability are subject to change at the hotel’s prevailing rates after Monday, August 26, 2024.
We encourage you to make your room reservations early to ensure that you will be able to stay at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa with the guaranteed room rate. There are limited rooms available at the HIMSS discounted rate.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests should be made directly to the hotel and will be based on hotel occupancy/availability.
Method of Room Guarantee
The hotel requires a major credit card to guarantee your room reservation. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. To avoid one night’s room and tax cancellation penalty, reservations must be cancelled at least three (3) days prior to scheduled arrival.
Parking
The following parking charges (per car, per night) will apply:
- Overnight Self Parking: $29.00 plus tax
- Overnight Valet: $45.00 plus tax
