Leveraging Data and Technology to Address Clinical Burnout in the Time of Covid and Staff Shortages

The last two years have brought great uncertainty and stress that has reverberated through not only the healthcare system, but staff as well. As we have seen, staff burnout and overall resignation has been at an all-time high. As we move forward, what technologies and information can we leverage to not only anticipate clinical needs, but also assist our most critical staff at the bedside?
