Nicole Paulk is the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at Advocate Aurora Health, where she leads strategic planning and innovation activities across the system. Prior to joining Advocate, Ms. Paulk was the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Service Line Growth for Inova Health System. Her previous roles include Director of Corporate Strategy for Northwestern Memorial Hospital, management consulting with a healthcare strategy firm, and planning and financial operations for academic medical centers. She started her career in health policy with the United States Office of Management and Budget. Ms. Paulk graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University. She received a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Michigan.
