Stephanie Fendrick is the senior vice president and chief strategy officer at Virtua Health. She provides executive leadership for strategic business planning, service line strategies, and external relationships that support the development, execution, and achievement of Virtua’s short and long-term business plans.  Her role includes exploring, developing, and managing relationships with other providers and organizations to support Virtua’s mission to improve the health of the community.  With Virtua’s acquisition of the Lourdes Health System, Stephanie led the Integration Management Office which provided oversight during the transition and integration process.

With over 25 years in the health care industry, Stephanie has been with Virtua Health since 2003 and has held a number of leadership positions including the women’s and children’s service line leader, project manager for the Virtua Voorhees replacement hospital, and director for accreditation and regulatory affairs. 

Stephanie received her Bachelor of Arts degree at Franklin and Marshall College and earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in health services from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.  She is GE Six Sigma Coach Certified and Green Belt trained. Stephanie is a graduate of The Health Management Academy GE Senior Executive Fellows Program and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
