This session will explore one organization's journey with building a data science pipeline and embedding machine learning algorithms into hospital operations and clinical workflows. We will cover the framework used to develop and deploy real-time models that predict: clinical deterioration, delirium, malnutrition, discharge planning and falls. We will share how these tools are being leveraged at scale to enhance patient safety, quality of care, and the patient experience. Lastly, we will present lessons learned and strategies for adopting similar efforts at your own organization.
