Data is the fuel of digital health solutions and the integration of health data from increasingly diverse sources promises meaningful applications to population health management. This session will focus on the application and management of data in all its forms; health information exchange (HIE), interoperability, analytics, and how these contribute to digital maturity. Experts will discuss the essential role of data in improving care management, patient safety and clinical outcomes, as well as in managing crisis, disaster management and building more resilient systems.
