Juha Jolkkonen is the Director of Helsinki's Social Services and Health Care Division. The division is Finland's largest social services and health care provider, serving over 650 000 Helsinki residents and with some 15 000 employees. Starting from 2023, Juha Jolkkonen will act as the Executive Director of Helsinki's new Social Services, Health Care and Rescue Services Division. Juha Jolkkonen is specialised in geriatrics and has an Executive MBA. His areas of interest are especially digitalisation and social and health service integration. He has been acting in various managerial positions in social services and health care in Helsinki since 2012, and before this, elsewhere in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
