Laura Létourneau was appointed Ministerial Delegate for Digital Health to the Minister of Solidarity and Health in April 2019. A MINES ParisTech engineer by training, she was previously head of the “Open Internet” unit at Arcep (French electronic communications, postal and print media distribution regulatory authority). She started her career in 2012 at Unicancer (national federation of cancer centers) before joining SunPower as a business developer and then Solvay as a biotech project manager in Brazil. She also co-authored the book “Ubérisons l’Etat ! Avant que d’autres ne s’en chargent” (‘Uberization of the State: If we don’t do it, others will do it for us’).
