Caroline is a partner in McKinsey & Company’s Stockholm office and coleads the company’s social, healthcare, and public entities in the Nordics. She also leads McKinsey’s European provider domain, which brings together all practitioners serving providers in the region.

Caroline has experience from serving the breadth of providers, payers, and public-health authorities in the Nordics and in the broader European Union level, on a range of topics from strategy to multi-year transformation programs and digitization of core processes.

Beyond her work in the social, healthcare and public sectors, Caroline specializes in organizational topics primarily related to change management, organizational health, and talent management.
