Harm has been in the field of enterprise learning and workforce enablement for over 20 years. As Senior Vice President, Harm is responsible for expanding uPerform’s success in healthcare to international health systems, supporting their effective transition to Epic, Cerner and other EHRs. Harm holds a master’s degree in Business Studies from the Erasmus University Rotterdam / Rotterdam School of Management.
