Kevin Percival is the Chief Nursing information Officer and Accredited Clinical Safety Officer for IT Systems at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust which is a large complex multi-site Acute and Community Provider of general and specialist services just outside of London.

Kevin provides leadership for digital transformation across the trust on behalf of Nurses, Midwives and AHPs. Kevin has a strong track record for consistent delivery of large transformational changes across Health and Social Care that achieves the quadruple aim of improving Quality, Safety, Efficiency and Experience for staff and patients.

Kevin prides himself of making sure that digital transformation is inclusive, and that digitalisation is undertaken for the right reasons and that there is a shared understanding of why digital transformation is being undertaken and then ensure that there is agreement across all professional and patient groups of what and how the change will be achieved.

Kevin has a particular interest in the human side of digital transformation and the human factors that result in the success as well as failure of successfully delivering digital transformation and therefore enjoys undertaking the clinical and operational engagement with stakeholders to make sure that the patient and staff story is heard by decision makers when undertaking digital transformation.
