Dr Clive Tan is a Public Health physician with more than 16 years of clinical and leadership experience in the healthcare sector. He is a registered medical practitioner and public health specialist in Singapore and is a Fellow with the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.  He holds an MBBS from Singapore and a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from Johns Hopkins University, along with certificates in Gerontology, Humanitarian Assistance and Health Informatics (AMIA). His work experience include senior managerial roles, business development roles, education and evaluation, and policy and planning roles. He had a series of leadership roles within the Singapore Armed Forces and ended his military career as Group Head of the Force Health Group in the SAF, where he provided enterprise-level leadership in the areas of public health, biodefence & force health protection, health policy and medical informatics.

He currently holds the position of Director for Integrated Care (Population Health) in the National Healthcare Group in Singapore, and is responsible for strategic and operational planning for integrated care and population health efforts for the Central-North region of Singapore, incorporating value-based care and healthcare quality into programmatic developments
