Biography - Mana M. Almana, Chief Executive Officer, CEO, Almana Group of Hospitals

With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare management, Mana has established an impactful presence in the world of healthcare in Saudi Arabia. His leadership as Group CEO since 2018 has been instrumental to the success of the Almana Group of Hospitals and its 6500 employees.

Mana started his journey at the company with the Human Resources department, handling recruitment, training and development, medical licensing, and government relations. Demonstrating a passion for marketing, Mana then led the marketing and business development department where he developed Almana group of Hospitals’ branding and marketing strategies. During his time as the Director of Marketing & Business Development, Mana contributed significantly to the company's growth by securing partnerships with industry leaders.

Mana aimed to improve the hospitals’ patient journey and the staff’s overall performance. Due to all of his initiatives he successfully enhances patients’ experiences. In addition, Mana also initiated a digital transformation strategy that guides the digitalization of Almana Group of hospitals and enhance its processes & systems.

Mana has acquired several world-renowned degrees including MSc International Business Management in Surrey, England, and BSc Management at the College of Industrial Management in King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
