Named as The Global Ambassador for Digital Health in Saudi Arabia, Dr. Khalid has progressive 26 years of experience in IT with focus on Healthcare Informatics and Technology. Khalid worked in several countries and organisations such as:

Medical Services Department – MoD, Advanced Electronics Company, King Fahad Medical City (KFMC), Riyadh Saudi Arabia, - IBM Corporation, Silicon Valley Lab., San Jose, CA (2004 – 2013), AT&T Corporation, Pleasanton, CA (2003 – 2004), and King Faisal Specialist Hospital & RC, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KFSHRC) (1993 – 2003). Also is a HIMSS Future50 Global Innovator Class of 2021.

As a business leader, Dr. Khalid focuses on innovation and patient centered services.  Khalid believes delivery of quality, appropriate, reliable and affordable technology services is the key attribute of a high performing information technology.

Dr. Khalid received his PhD degree in Information Technology in 2011 from George Mason University –Fairfax, VA., and his MBA degree with Information System Concentration in 2006 at Santa Clara University – Santa Clara, CA.
