Bridget Barnes is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon. OHSU is Portland’s largest employer with over 18,000 employees and an annual budget of nearly $4B. As Oregon’s only academic medical center, OHSU’s academic, research and healthcare missions support not only the state, they also provide leadership and service with nationally recognized programs of excellence.

Dr. Milligan serves as Senior Vice President and CIO for Asante Health System. He is accountable for strategic planning and execution around all enterprise-wide Information Services including: Data Storage, Compute, Networks, Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Integration & Interface, Applications including EHR, Clinical Informatics, Medical Records, Data Analytics, and Governance and Information Security. He is an Epic Physician Builder with certifications in Basic, Analytics and Orders. He has served as a Director on a number of Healthcare company boards including Propel Health, Oregon ACO, Ashland Community Hospital, Asante Physician Partners, and Asante Health System. He is a frequent contributor to a variety of healthcare IT industry related periodicals, podcasts and live presentations.
