If digital technologies are the tools to transform the health sector, we then need to focus on the “artisans” who will put those tools to use; the healthcare professionals who deliver care across health systems. This session will examine how we can ensure they are involved and engaged in the design and implementation of digitally enabled care delivery that meaningfully engages with patients and supports them to manage their health and wellness. Spotlight on digital workflows that strengthen the quality of worklife for clinicians,  recommending digital solutions to patients, and evaluating outcomes and impact of digitally enabled care are critical dimensions of digital transformation.
