Digital Health as a Key Enabler of Integrated Care: A Blueprint for Success

How do you harness the power of data and digital health to identify local population health needs and implement truly effective integrated care? This is the question being explored in this session, which will seek to examine the blueprint for success when it comes to digital health as an enabler of integrated care, including in relation to the development of health clusters in Saudi Arabia. Taking a look at exemplary best practices, it will feature key learnings from the Eastern Health Cluster, and other integrated care systems in the region, highlighting both the digital enablers and the challenges faced when building a successful integrated care system. They will also discuss the importance of facilitating connected, integrated care between multiple providers and healthcare professionals (HCP) within a network, and how to build solid foundations for connection between systems.
