Crissie Hall is the director of innovation at Sentara Healthcare in Norfolk, VA, where her goal is to guide the non-profit healthcare industry through a time of significant uncertainty and disruption by fostering programs that improve customer experiences & outcomes, create new products, services, ventures, and partnerships, and disrupt the status-quo. A US Navy combat medic veteran, Crissie holds her degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from The George Washington University, her BS in Interdisciplinary Studies and Management from Old Dominion University, her Global MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, and is currently a doctoral student in Business & Technology with a focus on Strategy and Innovation, graduating in Spring 2020. Doctoral research focus is innovative revenue generation in nonprofit healthcare not predicated on patient billable services.
