Gregg Mohrmann is a director and senior partner with The Chartis Group and co-leads Chartis’ informatics and technology practice. He has 20 years of experience in management consulting primarily focused on the strategic and operational use of IT by leading healthcare providers and payors. He’s advised AMCs, IDNs, health plans, and community hospitals. His extensive experience focuses on strategic planning and assessment, analytics strategy, M&A planning and execution, affiliation strategies, system selections, large-scale EHR and infrastructure program management, post EHR optimization and using technology to drive performance improvement. Mr. Mohrmann is widely published in peer-reviewed journals. His team partnered with the Virtua team for IT integration planning and integration management for the acquisition of Lourdes.
