Over 14 years of experience in setting up and leading client-focused solutions with a transformative mindset across different industries such as Healthcare, Digital, retail banking in both government and private sectors to achieve national vision and transform business.

In February 2021 I have assigned as Sector Onboarding Director at CHI to implement the unified platform of the health and private health insurance which known by “nphies”, a major national project marked as key milestone in the journey to developing the Kingdom’s health sector and achieving Vision 2030 that connecting more than 16Kfacilities. Furthermore, I’m develop change management strategy activities and translate that into actionable communication, marketing and on-boarding initiatives and plans in line with set strategy to enhance awareness and understanding of digital changes happening and related to Technology and Digital Transformation. Moreover, back in 2019 I was assigned as Enterprise Solution Manger to build and create a trusting relationship with GE Healthcare clients and design the right size solution that delivered a mutually beneficial long-term outcomes and meet their needs across each stage of the project in the middle east. Prior in GE healthcare I was nominated to designe and implement the command center in one of the largest program in MOH (Ministry Of Health) known as “Ada’a Helath program”, established in 2017 to deliver transformation performance improvements in patient experience, safety, quality, and outcomes as well as to enhance the satisfaction of staff, that also includes interaction with all stakeholders associated with the Ada’a program and in particular the operation and maintenance of the Ada’a dashboard, the rigour that ensures delivery of focused improvements in patient experience, quality, safety and outcomes, as well as staff satisfaction.
