Phillip is the Chief Commerce Officer for Rightpoint, a Genpact company. And was previously CCO at Something Digital (commerce and user experience agency) for over 8 years before they were acquired by Rightpoint late last year.

He will bring a dynamic outside-in view of the future healthcare experience, with his depth of expertise and passion about commerce experiences in the era of disintermediation and ‘direct to consumerization.’ He will talk about disruptive technologies and how every digital channel will become a marketplace to meet rapidly accelerating customer expectations. He can also draw upon his increasing engagements with healthcare providers as they seek to offer hyper-personalized care.
