Rachel is the has been the CEO of NHS Digital Academy for the last five years as well as a visting Professor at Imperial College. She is also the UK AI council member leading on AI in digital health and care.

As part of her role at Salford NCA NHS Group she has delivered the Global Digital Exemplar and two NHS Vanguards. She led the organisation to be awarded the most digitally mature in the NHS accolade.
