Royston Lek is the Executive Director for Asia Pacific at Mayo Clinic. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for driving Mayo Clinic’s 2030 vision to bring Mayo’s unique care model to Asia Pacific and creating strategic partnerships to elevate the practice of healthcare. He has more than 20 years of international business experience having lived and worked in China, Germany and Singapore including regional healthcare management responsibilities covering China, South-East Asia and Australia markets. He is a graduate of the Tsinghua-INSEAD MBA and has a Master’s in Supply Chain Management at Cranfield University and a Bachelor’s in International Business, Finance & Economics at Manchester University.
