With more patient information and data available than ever before, integrated systems certainly play a crucial part in the day-to-day life of healthcare organisations, but are they really delivering on their promise? In this first session of the Silos to Integrated Care track, experts take a step back to examine best practice in integrated care and ask what can really make it successful?
