Collaboration among stakeholders within the healthcare sector is constantly evolving towards more transparent networks of ecosystems that put the patient at the center of care. 

This session will bring together partners of the Gravitate-Health consortium and thought leaders of the HIMSS Communities to discuss the success factors which are crucial to create, implement and sustain digital tools that are accessible to entire populations while allowing a sophisticated level of personalization at the same time.

Gravitate-Health is an ambitious PPP developing an open, interoperable digital health information tool that will share approved information on medicines, like package leaflets, and other health information, including health records, in a user-friendly format to make citizens confident, active, and responsive in their patient journey and encourage safe use of medicines for better health and quality of life.
