Dr Sara Launio joins this panel discussion on behalf of European Junior Doctors Association (EJD) representing more than 300 000 european doctors undergoing post graduate training to reach their specialist degree. Dr Launio is a boardmember in EJD and chair to EU-EEA Committee. EJD brings european junior doctors together to develop post-graduate training, working conditions and to prepare for the future. EJD has been passionate to educate it's members on change management and to also prepare for the new tools available for medical professionals, including possibilities through digitalization. Just now this spring EJD, together with European Doctor,s arranged a leadership training with Copenhagen Futures Studies Institute focusing heavily on new technologies and change management.

Dr Launio is to graduate as public health medicine specialist and preparing her PhD in Helsinki University.

She is currently working as project manager with social- and healthcare reform at Helsinki University Hospital and practicing as a general practitioner and in ER.
