Dr Terje Peetso is the head of the eHealth and ageing policy sector in the Unit on eHealth, Wellbeing and Ageing in the European Commission’s DG CONNECT. She is responsible for the implementation of the EU’s eHealth Action Plan 2012-2020 and coordination of eHealth policy activities within the Unit, in her DG, thought the Commission and with external stakeholders. Dr Peetso has been working in the European Commission since 2003 and holds a diploma in medicine from the University of Tartu, Estonia.
