Elena Sini has been a member of the HIMSS Europe Governing Council since 2016 and recently became CIO of the GVM Care and Research Group. Previously, she was the CIO of the IRCCS Istituto Clinico Humanitas from 2012 - 2019. She also held the position of CIO of the IRCCS Istituto Nazionale Tumori for over 10 years.  

She holds courses on Healthcare Information Systems at the Humanitas University and at the LIUC University.
