Dr. Taghreed Justinia is the founding Regional Director IT Services, Technology & Health Informatics Department at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, Saudi Arabia, where she is also Adjunct Assistant Professor of Health Informatics and Director for the Masters Health Informatics Program in the Western Region at the Ministry of National Guard, Health Affairs, and is a HIMSS Blockchain Taskforce member. Dr. Justinia is the first Saudi female to obtain a Ph.D. in Health Informatics and has maintained a career that spans over 20 years in executive IT positions in healthcare, including senior IT roles at the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Health and the Ministry of National Guard, Health Affairs. Among her several publications, she has authored a book and has many national and international affiliations. She is also an International Committee member of T.I.G.E.R.; a HIMSS initiative.
