With the rich experience of 17 years on private and government sector, he has successfully delivered initiatives and mass project on national level by improving operational efficiency and enhancing customer experience.

Ali has proven track record on solving complex business problems and creating value through his focus on people, process, financials, and technology. He is a transformational leader who create shared vision and leads by example to build, empower, and motivate multi-cultural, cross functional teams to achieve shared and common outcomes.

In April 2021, Ali was appointed as Smart Health Department Director in Ministry of health and prevention to deliver highly complex initiatives on a national level where he delivered a step change in performance and operational excellence to ensure successful scale up on public and private sector on delivery of the services.

His recent project is the national unified medical record (RIAYATI) project where all medical healthcare facilities need to be linked, accommodate 9 million medical records of UAE citizens, collected almost 300 million health data and trained almost 37000 healthcare workers with almost 90% adoption. Ali is leading an initiative for eClaim system which resulted in linking 40 payers and more than 1000 healthcare providers on a digitalized platform to maintain 4 million medical claims with smooth onboarding.
