Anupam Vats has nearly two decades of experience in developing digital products and markets in the healthcare, entertainment, and financial industries. He has built, launched, and increased customer adoption of products across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. He currently leads the customer experience strategy and portfolio management for Florida Blue and GuideWell and is focused on driving up the net promote score of the enterprise. He was previously the leader on the enterprise innovation team at Florida Blue and GuideWell where he worked on developing new business models, partnerships and product development focused on emerging technologies.

Anupam holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
