Fatthi AlKathiry focuses on developing the vision, mission, and operational plans for Gulf Joint Procurement. Providing leadership, strategic planning, and assurance for procurement administration, AlKathiry acts as the vendor management partner for all the business units, ensuring all relationships are strategically, culturally, and ethically aligned with GHC’s mission and values. Throughout his career with GHC, AlKathiry has continuously enhanced the organization’s sourcing, procurement, and performance management capabilities by attracting public and private hospitals to become participants in Joint Procurement.
