Isabel is the Regional Healthcare Principal Advisor and Consultancy Lead for Mott MacDonald.

In the US, Isabel spent most of her career as a hospital administrator for the two largest for- profit organizations, as well as the region’s largest non-for-profit hospital entity.  Her roles included responsibility for the operation of acute, non-acute, step down medical and research centers.   She also served as a consultant for Management Service Organizations and Accountable Care Network.

In the MENA region, Isabel has served as the regional healthcare consultancy and advisory lead for major international consultancy firms.  She has provided and led strategic planning, operational and advisory consultancy services for the development of medical cities and complexes, acute, outpatient and centers of excellence such as Teaching Institutions, Cardiovascular, Rehabilitation, Neurology, Orthopaedic and Emergency Care.  She is a US board certified quality assurance, utilization, and risk management professional, as well as a medical planner and ethics and compliance officer.
