I am head of development in Estonian Health Insurance Fund. I got my medical degree 2018 and started my career as a medical doctor. Since the beginning of 2020 I have been leading the development of telemedicine in Estonia. Today my main focus is on leading the improvement of healthcare system’s innovation and development capacity. Estonian Health Insurance Fund’s ongoing development projects include pilot projects on remote monitoring, teleconsultations, eAmbulance, e-prescriptions for hospital medicines, digital treatment plan, patient journey projects on stroke and endoprothesis and much more.
