Juha was the former CEO for HUS, Helsinki University Hospital. HUS is responsible of nearly 1/3 of Finland's specialized healthcare and consists of 23 hospitals. Juha has been involved in his earlier career especially with clinical data use for both quality benchmarking and operative use to. Juha has a medical background, MD, PhD,  and has been working earlier both in private care and pharma industry.

In HUS he is steered the hospital group with a strategy, where data and digital transformation are prioritized and involved in strategic goals. After retiring from HUS, he sits in several company and foundation boards.
