Lee Sang-Seob joined Samsung Medical Center in 2003 as an emergency room nurse and worked there for 6 years. And since 2009, he have been working in the IT operation part to improve and manage the EMR system.

As a major achievement, Lee Sang-Seob received the Samsung Innovation Award for leading the RFID system construction at the Health Medical Center in 2012. From 2013 to 2016, he participated in the establishment of the next-generation system for Samsung Seoul Hospital and helped launch it. In 2018, the electronic consent form was successfully promoted and received an Encouragement Award from Samsung IT Fair. From May 2021 to the present, he has been working as a manager of the IT operation department.

He majored in Nursing at university and majored in Social Work thereafter. He then majored in community nursing in graduate school, earning his master's degree in public health.
