Digitally Engaging & Empowering the Healthcare Workforce

Our workforce is the foundation of healthcare systems globally and providing support through the current digital transformation is a pivotal topic. The rapid digital transformation of care delivery has added another level of complexity to the already extreme demands placed on dedicated and stressed healthcare professionals. This session will focus on how we can promote and empower care providers in their digital engagement, with a focus on  effective change management at the organisational level. What are the most effective methods to reduce resistance, mitigate roadblocks and promote positive attitudes and adoption of new technologies and digital pathways? Should we use training combined with key performance indicators, co-design and user experience to ensure digital integration is seamless? Experts will examine how we can ensure staff receive the adequate level of education, training and equipment to not only use new digital tools and solutions for sustainable change, but actively engage them as digital advocates for colleagues and patients.
